Had a solid 7 mile run tonight! Need to start upping the miles for my 1/2 marathon in April.
- I know I shouldn't care what other people think, but sometimes I am hesitant to do my afternoon meditation because I'm afraid that people might think it's weird because they don't understand it or they will talk behind my back about it. Also, I have trouble finding a place on campus to do it. My practice goes like this: 20 min upon rising in the morning and 20 min about 4 hours later. I love the euphoric feeling I get from it and it definitely calms my nerves and makes me think better. How do I get over worrying about what other people think? Suggestions welcome.
