I’m going to my first NBA game!! Lakers vs. Warriors… GOOO LAKERSS!!!!
Here's the thing about having a killer workout...
Ran from my house (3 miles) to the gym lifted ran back (3 miles) was working out for a total of 2 hours! Usually if I don’t work out I feel guilty eating, like I don’t deserve it. But if I workout that day then I feel like I’ve earned it. #staystrong
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: hard boiled egg, top ramen and lots of water
Snack: luna bar, edamame crackers, hummus and green tea
Dinner: (in the works) chicken, salad and brown rice
Spring Break!
Means more time to work out…and study (of course)
